She pays $120 for two-minute session with chiropractor

Friday, Mar 21, 2014 The New Paper SINGAPORE – A trip to the chiropractor was supposed to bring much-needed relief, but for one lawyer, it turned into a pain in the neck – literally. Lawyer Ellen Leong, 71, had a free screening during a roadshow last October and collected her report five days later. The chiropractor, Mr Brian Morris, advised her to seek treatment. Ms Leong claimed she was offered a six-month, 48-session package for $2,700 upfront or a four-month package costing $950 a month. “I asked to try a session as I was not prepared to commit for six months, but was told there was no such scheme,” Ms Leong recalled. “But I was previously quoted $85 for a single session at the roadshow.” She paid $950 for eight treatments. That worked out to be almost $120 per session. Ms Leong claimed the first session lasted five minutes while the second session was over in two minutes. “He actually hurt the left side of my neck during the second session,” she alleged. Upset, she consulted her MP and lodged a report with the Small Claims Tribunal in November.

Best Chiropractor (2014) – Monterey County Weekly: Shopping & Services

Marco A. Dardon, Jr. March 19, 2014 143 views El Monte Chiropractors only treat about 7% of the population. That means that, unfortunately, 93% of the population has never experienced the natural health benefits that chiropractic has to offer. On the flip side, 80% of people will experience back pain at some point in their lives, but only a small percentage of them will give chiropractic a try. Why is that? And more importantly, why is it that, in the vast majority of those cases, those people were unwilling to try the very care that could help rid them of their pain? Well, what Ive gathered over the years in my 20 years of practice is that people who have never been to a chiropractor are either scared of chiropractic, skeptical about it, negative toward it, or just plain ignorant about it, and are completely unaware of the many benefits this type of natural treatment has to offer. And sites because of all those incorrect beliefs, they wont even give chiropractic a fair shake or a single try, which is very sad because many of these same people could be helped by it and not even know it. Unfortunately, like any other profession, there are good and bad practitioners, but I would like to extend to the aforementioned 93%, the opportunity to work with an honest and ethical chiropractor who truly has his patients best interests at heart, and only delivers the proper amount of care needed to help them on their quest to natural health and wellness. My name is Dr. Marco A. Dardon, Jr., of Dardon Mobile Chiropractic, and after 20 years, I finally left the office setting to become a house call / office call chiropractor as a convenience to my patients, so if youre interested in scheduling a mobile appointment, I can be reached at (626) 578-6322. You can also learn more about me by visiting my webpage on Yelp.com. And again, remember this: Why go to the chiropractor, when the chiropractor will go to YOU?!!
